Players who self-exclude cannot be reactivated within the agreed exclusion period under any circumstances.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on jlmm. Multiple accounts per player are prohibited regardless of the payment method, email address, or device used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jlmm will close all but one account (at its sole discretion) and void any bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate account(s).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlmm login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jlmm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. jlmm is required under PAGCOR compliance to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and, where applicable, documentation of the payment method used. jlmm reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
jlmm may suspend or close an Account at any time if it reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other activity prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, jlmm may withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, if warranted, refer the matter to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, or wager activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. jlmm may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts as specified in its current fee schedule. Players with inactive accounts will be notified by email or SMS before any fee is applied. Balances reduced to zero as a result of inactivity fees will result in account closure.
jlmm accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and over-the-counter convenience store payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel. jlmm does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Note: jlmm does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees independently of jlmm. Convenience store OTC channels may carry a service fee as disclosed at the time of transaction.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jlmm are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates by game type, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute 100% while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
jlmm reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus more than once; wagering patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; and any coordinated strategy among multiple players to exploit a promotional offer.
A player may choose to forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting jlmm support. Upon forfeiture, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from the account. Bonus forfeiture cannot be reversed once processed.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or validity of a wager, jlmm reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the original stake to the player's account. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies where applicable.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlmm platform:

All content on the jlmm platform — including but not limited to the jlmm brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to jlmm and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jlmm intellectual property without prior written consent from jlmm.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlmm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your jlmm Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlmm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform — whether or not jlmm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jlmm does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Agreement limits jlmm's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification prior to taking effect. Minor amendments (including clarifications and typographical corrections) will take effect upon publication without prior notice.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to jlmm's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact jlmm support to initiate a formal dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or competent Philippine courts. jlmm's operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight, and players may also escalate unresolved gaming-related disputes to PAGCOR where permitted under applicable regulations.
